Dear Library Friend:
This year, your support of the Friends helped make it easier than ever for readers to enjoy the books and programs they love. We added more copies of popular titles to our book lease plan and to the Lucky Day collection. We expanded our offerings with new newspapers, audiobooks, movies, and TV series; we created a welcoming outdoor reading spot with a new bench, and added an additional South Carolina State Park pass. We supported 347 Library programs which brought learning and laughter to more than 7,000 attendees. Our summer and winter reading programs kept readers of all ages engaged and the bookmobile South shone brightly at parades and community events. We also supported staff development by sending a staff member to the South Carolina Library Association conference. As we look ahead, we hope you’ll continue our partnership by renewing your membership or making a gift today. Thank you for helping our Library thrive.
